Biography: Bob accepts clients only upon referral from present clients, or upon personal interview. Rates are negotiable based upon the client’s ability to pay, their historical connections with the Southeast Michigan area, motorcycles, motor vehicles and motor vehicle racing, oil and steel sweat manufacturing, business initiative and drive.

His specialty interests are civil litigation, motorsports law, manufacturing and contractual matters, construction law, franchised operations, property rights and property acquisitions. He has 25 years of working experience developing organizational and risk management structures for national and international business operations. He utilizes traditional military awareness strategies, risk analysis theory and 35 years of courtroom experience to assist his clients in achieving cost effective, low risk operating programs. All of his work is predicated upon a “assess it, build it, advance it and defend it” overall strategy based upon the client’s needs, available assets and operating environments.

Bob has been actively engaged in a civil litigation in Federal and State courts since 1973. He aggressively advances cases on a cost/benefit basis, working with clients to achieve successful outcomes with an eye toward resolution at the trial court level. Bob is an AV Martindale-Hubble rated attorney.

Bob has lectured on risk management, sports law, non-profit corporate operations and motorcycle issues throughout the United States, Australia, and Europe. He was also a featured speaker before the Sports Agents of America annual convention regarding operating differences and initiatives as between “stick and ball” and “wheeled” sporting enterprises.
